  Ingredients: White candle (5 units) Object of the beloved person Matchstick Rose flower Procedure: Place the candles in a circle but do not light them. Afterwards, with a only matchstick, light the candles, going clockwise. Kneel in front of the candles and look down at the object. Your concentration should be quite intense at this point.
